Wiz Write's Zapier Integration: Available Actions

Wiz Write's Zapier integration offers several actions that allow you to interact with the database and execute various functions. These actions include:

1. Search Items

This action enables you to retrieve items from the database. These items can be either transcriptions or AI outputs. The retrieved information about the item includes its content, title, and other useful values for your workflows.

To find an item ID in Wiz Write:

  1. Click on the folder icon at the top of the page.
  2. Navigate into the individual session.
  3. Look for the developer icon where you can copy the item ID to use within Zapier for retrieving necessary information.

2. Get AI Action

This action allows you to retrieve the AI action that you've set up to run on your transcriptions. With this value, you can programmatically run the AI section on your transcriptions without needing to use the Wiz Write dashboard. Please note the 'Get AI Action' option is only applicable for custom AI actions that you have created. The default actions created by the Wiz Write team aren't available for this specific action within Zapier.
