If you wish to change or cancel your Wiz Write subscription, the process is straightforward. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. First, log in to your Wiz Write account.
  2. Next, click on the burger menu located at the top right corner of your screen.
  3. In the drop-down menu, select 'Profile'.
  4. Within your Profile page, find and click the 'Manage Billing' button.

This will redirect you to our payment partner, Stripe. On the Stripe portal, you have the option to either cancel your subscription or change it to a different plan.

Canceling Your Subscription: If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. If you're in the midst of a trial period when you cancel, you will not be charged.

Changing Your Subscription: If you want to change your subscription plan, you can also do this through the Stripe payment portal.
